I love all of this Vietnamese food we've been eating lately, so I of course had to show all of you! The breadstick-like things are called "Youtiao", basically it is a Chinese donut. My mom also makes delicious homemade soy milk, and if you have never tried homemade soy milk, I'd highly recommend it! It's so amazing. The other dish is a Vietnmese dish including "Bánh cuốn" which literally means rolled cake, with a Vietnamese ham called "Giò lụa", fresh basil, lettuce, and bean sprouts.
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! I'll be at a Des Moines music festival called 80/35.
